Virginia and Pittsburgh have agreed to move their upcoming men’s soccer match to Sunday at 7:30 p.m. The top-five showdown was originally scheduled for Friday. The match had been slated to air on ACC Network and will now be streamed live on ACCNX.

Up next for the Cavaliers (1-0, 1-0 ACC) is a trip to Virginia Tech Wednesday at 8 p.m. (ACC Network).

Due to health and safety considerations in addition to the current guidelines established for sports venues by the Commonwealth of Virginia, attendance at UVA home competitions is limited to family of student-athletes and each team’s coaching staff until further notice. There is no public admission to these events and all tailgating in University parking lots is prohibited.

In addition, Virginia’s field hockey match at Boston College scheduled for Sunday has been postponed because of a lack of available players by the Eagles due to COVID-19 related issues.

Virginia (3-3, 2-1) will close out the home portion of its schedule by hosting Louisville for games on Friday, Oct. 23 and Saturday, Oct. 24. Both matches begin at 2 p.m.
