The awards keep pouring in for Keswick Hall’s Full Cry golf course, one of the final works of the late brilliant designer Pete Dye.

Full Cry is ranked No.4 in Golfweek Magazine’s newest list of “Best Courses You Can Play” in Virginia.

“It’s such a high honor for Full Cry to continue to receive accolade after accolade from the most prestigious golf publications,” said Robert Hardie, owner of the resort along with wife Molly. “The coming months at Keswick Hall are an exciting time as we’ll be unveiling the results of our remarkable renovation and welcoming golf travelers to visit us and enjoy one of the truly special getaways in the U.S.”

Hardie was spot on about Full Cry’s praises. Not only has the championship layout drawn raves from Golfweek, but was also recently honored with Golf Digest Editors’ Choice Award for “Best Golf Resorts in the Americas” for the sixth consecutive year, a truly prestigious honor. Full Cry is also ranked No. 49 on Golfweek’s “Top 100 Resort Courses in the U.S.”

When Dye completed his Full Cry design in 2014, it was immediately recognized as one of Golf Digest’s “Best New Courses” in the country.

The Hardies are extremely proud of the comprehensive renovation that has taken place at Keswick Hall’s hotel and amenities by the global design firm Hart Howerton. The resort is set to open this summer and will provide a more luxurious and modern setting for its guests.

An increase of 48 to 80 rooms that will provide guests with a world-class experience, Keswick Hall will also feature a dramatic new horizon pool, and incredible good and beverage outlets under acclaimed chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Keswick Hall is set in Virginia’s scenic wine country, and Full Cry is a true test of golf for all levels of players. The course has hosted the Virginia State Amateur Championships as well as many other events.
