Let’s celebrate the University of Virginia career of Mamadi Diakite with this exclusive photo gallery taken by Annie Piland, a fourth-year student at UVA majoring in Biology.

Photography has been Piland’s main hobby since middle school, and as she puts it, her passion for it has only grown stronger since.

“With the help of my camera, I capture beautiful people and beautiful moments,” she says.

Her work ranges from graduations to weddings, and she loves using her talent “to make people feel beautiful and confident.”
