Virginia picked up its seventh commitment in the recruiting class of 2025 in Illinois linebacker Donovan Robinson.
Robinson, who played safety and wide receiver at Loyola Academy in Wilmette, chose the Cavaliers over Missouri, Iowa State, Arizona, Michigan State and a host of others.
The 3-star, ranked the No. 23 recruit in the state of Illinois and the No. 71 linebacker in the nation, made two visits to UVA before announcing his decision on social media.
Robinson, who is 6-foot-3, 210 pounds, made 34 tackles his junior season, including 3 tackles for loss, one interception, and broke up four passes.
