Has Alabama swooped in with a bigger bag to jump into the lead for former NC State sharpshooter Cole Cloer? It appears the Crimson Tide is now the favorite to land Cloer after the North Carolina native was predicted to become a Cavalier earlier in the week.
Cloer, who visited Virginia, is a 6-foot-7 guard with four years of eligibility remaining. Following his UVA visit, On3 national recruiting analyst Jamie Shaw predicted the Cavaliers would gain a commitment from Cloer.
