After Virginia’s first losing season in seven years, Lars Tiffany decided to tinker with the offensive philosophy of his Cavaliers program. Those changes have led to a dramatic turnaround that vaulted UVA to the ACC lacrosse championship last weekend and into Sunday night’s NCAA first round match with visiting Georgetown (7:30, ESPNU).
