Grisham, DeCock, Diduch lined up for Saturday’s Jerry Ratcliffe Show

World-renowned author John Grisham will make his third appearance on the “Jerry Ratcliffe Show” on Saturday morning to talk hoops and writing (ESPN-Charlottesville, 9 to 10 a.m., 102.9 FM and 1450 AM).

Grisham, who has lived in Albemarle County for the past 25 years, is a huge sports fan. He and his wife, Renee, have front-row seats at John Paul Jones Arena and at the Dean Smith Center in Chapel Hill. They travel back and forth to support Virginia and North Carolina and know ACC basketball well.

This is a fascinating interview with Grisham, who delves into his writing habits and shares his knowledge on UVA and ACC hoops, as he and Hootie preview Saturday night’s showdown between Virginia and Duke.

Also on the show is Raleigh News & Observer sports columnist Luke DeCock, one of the best in the business. Luke and Hootie talk about UVA-Duke and how important the upcoming ACC Tournament is for the city of Greensboro.

Dr. David Diduch joins Hootie to chat up Saturday’s big game, a look at Casey Morsell, and how the coronavirus may impact sports.

This is a show you don’t want to miss, but if you do, you can catch the podcast at JerryRatcliffe.com later Saturday afternoon. Also, you can sift through our audio archives here for countless hours of interviews with past, present and future Wahoos.
