The game will be played Monday, Sept. 7 (Labor Day) at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Ga.

Student tickets are priced at $60. Fans may access their account online at UVATix.com to purchase tickets. This will be the 13th season for the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game, which has averaged more than 67,000 fans for each contest. The game will be nationally telecast by ESPN. Kick time will be announced at a later date.
Last season, UVA posted a 9-4 record, won the ACC’s Coastal Division and faced Florida in the Capital One Orange Bowl. Georgia won the SEC East Division and downed Baylor in the AllState Sugar Bowl to finish the season 12-2. The Bulldogs were ranked No. 4 in the final Coaches Poll while Virginia was 25th.
Georgia holds a 9-7-3 series advantage over Virginia all-time. Two of the more memorable meetings have come in previous Chick-fil-A Peach Bowls. Virginia defeated Georgia 34-27 in 1995 and the Bulldogs returned the favor three years later, defeating the Cavaliers 35-33 in a thrilling 1998 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl finish.
