By Jerry Ratcliffe
Virginia picked up its 14th commitment Sunday from the recruiting class of 2023 in Caleb Hardy, a 6-foot-3, 180-pound safety from McDonough, Ga.
Hardy, who has not yet been ranked by On3 or 247Sports, was offered by UVA coach Tony Elliott during his unofficial visit the weekend of the Miami game. He announced his commitment on his Twitter account Sunday.
UVA was Hardy’s first Power 5 school offer. His other offers were from Kent State, Eastern Illinois and Morgan State.
