Virginia’s football program is always looking toward the future and the Cavaliers threw their feathered hat into the ring for one of the rising star quarterback prospects on the East Coast.

Tony Elliott’s staff has extended an offer to left-handed, four-star quarterback James “Boo Boo” Armstrong from Hopewell High in Aliquippa, Pa., a 16-year-old in the recruiting class of 2028.
