‘The Jerry & Jerry Show’ debuts Aug. 8 for Wahoo fans
Beginning on Tuesday, Aug. 8, our own Jerry Ratcliffe will partner up with longtime Charlottesville personality Jerry Miller for a new, groundbreaking project on the area’s sports scene.
Ratcliffe, recently inducted into the 50th class of the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame, and Miller, who owns and creates wildly popular content on his I Love Cville Network, will team together for a new, weekly live sports show. The program will provide commentary, insight, news and entertainment from the University of Virginia and ACC sports scene.
No, Ratcliffe isn’t abandoning his own JerryRatcliffe.com website or his popular podcasts on The Jerry Ratcliffe Show. Quite the contrary. Those venues are flourishing with readers and listeners. In fact, both are coming off record months in terms of both readers and listeners. So, nothing is going to change there.
The “Jerry & Jerry Show,” (working on a permanent name) is just an additional platform for Ratcliffe and Miller to discuss sports. As Miller put it to his audience recently, his network is kind of like a newspaper, with front-page news, a business section, political section, etc. This adds a sports section with Ratcliffe, who has covered UVA sports for more than 40 years, and the ACC even longer. Miller, a former sportswriter under Ratcliffe’s tutelage prior to making a successful splash in the business world, is well versed in the local sports scene.
We are VERY EXCITED for the premier of “The Jerry & Jerry Show” on Tuesday, August 8 at 10:15 am on The @iLoveCVilleVA Network! 🧡💙@JerryRatcliffe is the publisher of https://t.co/O2VKu47I4v. 🧡💙 pic.twitter.com/JBQCnr3vn5

Special guests from the world of Wahoo sports — past, present and future — will drop in to chat with Jerry & Jerry from time to time.
This show will have a far-reaching audience on so many platforms, they’re too many to mention here. The format will likely feature 15-minute sections and will be quick-hitting and full of information, including a hint of PTI to keep the show moving.
Mark it on your calendars — Aug. 8, 10:15 a.m. If you love UVA sports, you don’t want to miss it.
Watch the accompanying video, where there are two specific portions that address the show and Miller and Ratcliffe’s longtime association, how the two met and what developed. It’s a bit eye-opening.
