Meadowcreek GC hosting Spring Scramble event

Celebrating 50 years of operation, Charlottesville’s Meadowcreek Golf Course is hosting a “Spring Scramble & Superintendent’s Revenge” tournament on May 18.

It’s an 18-hole event, four-person scramble with a 9-a.m. shotgun start. The field is limited to the first 20 teams to sign up. Golfers can register online at: www.meadowcreekgolf.org/events/springscramble, or at the pro shop.

Cost is $65 for pass-holders and $100 for guests. Cost includes green/cart fees, range balls, lunch, prizes, closest to pin and hole-in-one.

Ladies will play from the red tees, men will play from the white, gold/red tees.
