Two-time Super Bowl Champion, former Cavaliers defensive lineman, and 2018 NFL Walter Payton Man of the Year Chris Long will host a fundraiser for The Chris Long Foundation in Charlottesville on Saturday. “Chris Long’s Hometown Tailgate” is taking place in a lot next to the University of Virginia’s Army ROTC building when the Virginia Cavaliers take on the North Carolina Tar Heels.

This event raises money to support the Foundation’s efforts to serve our overlooked neighbors, both domestic and international, by creating solutions for clean water and educational equity, including in Charlottesville.

This ticketed event includes a ticket to the UVA vs. UNC football game (immediately following the tailgate), unlimited food from a local restaurant, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), music, games, a raffle to win signed sports memorabilia, and photo and autograph opportunities with Chris Long. If you have already purchased a ticket to the game, tailgate tickets without a game ticket are now available. Your donation benefits The Chris Long Foundation.

Tickets to the charity fundraiser are $100. To purchase tickets and support The Chris Long Foundation, visit Waterboys.org/events.
