NFL Preseason football kicks off for several teams Thursday night, and you can catch all of your favorite former Virginia players in action throughout the rest of the month.
In total, 26 players who finished their college career at UVA will be either battling for a roster spot or fighting to keep their job. Of the league’s 32 teams, 17 have former Wahoos on the roster.
One of those former Cavalier standouts, Atlanta backup quarterback Kurt Benkert, was placed on injured reserve earlier this week after hurting his toe in the Falcons’ Hall of Fame Game loss to the Broncos.
Below is a handy guide and graphic to help Wahoo fans keep up with the alums, complete with each team’s preseason schedule and all nationally televised contests.
