Pair of UVA offers announce commitments to Tide, Irish

Two players from the recruiting class of 2025, both offered by Virginia, announced they have committed elsewhere.

London Jemison, a 6-foot-7, 4-star, power forward, has committed to Alabama. He also considered UVA, Kansas, Louisville, Syracuse and Vanderbilt.

Jalen Haralson, a 5-star forward from La Porte, Ind., has committed to Notre Dame. He took official visits to South Bend, Michigan State and Indiana.

Haralson is the No. 14 overall player in the class of ‘25 and with his commitment, Notre Dame’s recruiting class has moved into the top 5 in the country at this juncture of the preseason. The Irish rank only behind Iowa State, Butler, Marquette and Kentucky.

UVA recently gained a commitment from top-50 point guard Chance Mallory.
