Star PG Johnson tells Virginia he’s not coming

Four-star point guard London Johnson notified Virginia coaches on Thursday afternoon that he is not coming to Charlottesville, a highly-placed source confirmed at 5 p.m.

Johnson, the top-rated point guard for th Class of 2023, was scheduled to have a press conference at 3:30 p.m., but that was delayed without explanation to media.

His final list was Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Clemson and Southern Cal, however a source in North Carolina said this afternoon that the Tar Heels stopped recruiting the Norcross, Ga., star some time ago.
