Tale Of The Tape: Virginia Vs. North Carolina’s Tar Heels

It’s another Friday, game day is tomorrow afternoon at 12:20, so it’s time to look at the tale of the tape between Virginia and the North Carolina Tar Heels.

Weather forecast is similar to last week in Durham where rain was a strong possibility in the morning, then clearing. Temperatures will be in the low 50s, so if the rain can clear out by kickoff, it could be perfect football weather. Statistically, North Carolina has the edge on offense, but one big area to look at is UNC’s 15 fumbles on the season. Defensively, Virginia has the edge and the Wahoos have been opportunistic, so if North Carolina is careless with the football (which they have been in prior games) this bodes well for Virginia to pick up its sixth win of the season.
