One of the nation’s top 40 prospects for the recruiting class of 2023 announced Wednesday that he is planning two upcoming official visits.

Andrej Stojakovic, a 6-foot-6, small forward from Carmichael, Calif., told On3 that he will visit Texas (Sept. 9-11) and Oregon (Sept. 16-18). Those are among the top six schools the 4-star named on his list in July along with Virginia, Duke, UCLA and Stanford. He has already visited the Bruins and Cardinal.

Stojakovic, who is the son of former NBA All-Star and champion Peja Stojakovic, is the No. 40 overall prospect in his class as rated by the On3 consensus of all the major recruiting services. He is the No. 6 small forward in the class and No. 9 prospect in the state.

Here’s what Stojakovic told On3’s Joe Tipton about Virginia: “I have built a great connection with Coach (Tony) Bennett and Coach (Kyle) Getter so far. They’ve talked about the winning culture with Kyle Guy and Ty Jerome, plus the academics are great.”
