Daijon Parker, a 6-foot-6, 300-pound offensive tackle from Division-II Saginaw Valley State, is the latest transfer portal player to receive an offer from Virginia football.

Parker, who entered the portal as a graduate transfer, is visiting UVA this weekend. He also visited Toledo this week and plans to make two more visits among the more than 20 schools that have presented offers.

He holds offers from UVA, Toledo, Colorado State, Washington State, ODU, UMass, Tulane, Miami (Ohio), FAMU, Eastern Kentucky, Missouri State, Eastern Michigan, Western Michigan, East Tennessee, Ball State, New Mexico State, Bowling Green, Maine, McNeese State, Illinois State, Southern Illinois, Murray State, Kent State and others.

Parker told 247Sports that he was a late bloomer, coming out of high school at only 220 pounds, and was mostly considered a basketball player. He is presently looking for a school where he can compete for a starting job.

Virginia is known to have made two other offers to transfer portal players at this time: former Monmouth QB Tony Muskett and former Eastern Kentucky receiver Jayden Higgins.
