Virginia to host Duke in ACC quarterfinals Sunday; tickets now on sale

The No. 8 Virginia women’s soccer team will host No. 11 Duke in an ACC quarterfinal matchup on Sunday, and tickets are on sale now. Kick is set for 8 p.m. at Klöckner Stadium.

Virginia (13-2-3) is the No. 4 seed in the ACC Championships, while Duke (11-4-2) is the No. 5 seed.

Reserved seats are $12 while general admission tickets are $8. Students are admitted free with a valid student ID.

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS
General admission tickets can be purchased by calling the UVA Athletics Ticket Office at 434-924-8821 before 5 p.m. on Friday or online anytime at UVATix.com.

Reserved tickets will be on hold for any season ticket holders who had reserved seats during the regular season to purchase until 5 p.m. on Friday by calling the ticket office. After 5 p.m. on Friday, sale of reserved seats will open to the public online.

NOTES ON THE MATCHUP

  • UVA and Duke meet for the second time this season. UVA won the first meeting 1-0 at then-No. 2 Duke on Oct. 2.
  • Virginia leads the all-time series, 25-15-9, and has gone 3-0-2 against Duke in the last five meetings.
  • UVA last faced Duke in the ACC Championships with a 1-0 home victory in the quarterfinals in the 2019 season.
  • This will be the seventh meeting all-time between Duke and Virginia in the ACC Tournament.
