The Atlantic Coast Conference released the 2019 football schedules for its member institutions Wednesday, and Virginia’s slate features 12 regular-season games, including seven home games and three contests to be played on Fridays.

The only 10-win season in Virginia football history started and ended on a rather precarious note in George Welsh’s eighth year at the helm of the Cavaliers in 1989.
