Subhash repeats as ITA Atlantic Regional singles champion

Junior Natasha Subhash won the singles title at the ITA Atlantic Regional  Women’s Tennis Championships that took place Friday through Monday at the Virginia Tennis Facility at the Boar’s Head Resort.


Montes and Goetz finish as doubles runners-up at ITA Atlantic Regional

Virginia sophomore Iñaki Montes and senior Ryan Goetz were the runners-up in the doubles bracket at the ITA Atlantic Super Regional that was held Saturday through Monday in Norfolk.

Virginia men’s tennis senior Ryan Goetz and sophomore Chris Rodesch won the consolation doubles title at the ITA All-American Championships on Sunday at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center in Tulsa, Okla. Rodesch was also the runner-up in the consolation singles bracket.

Sophomore Hibah Shaikh, the No. 3 seed in the singles tournament, won her qualifying final on Sunday to earn a spot in the singles main draw of the ITA Atlantic Regional, which will be held in Charlottesville, Oct. 22-25.
